Step 1: Welcome Page

 

Welcome!  I am so excited that you are taking the initiative to go through this coach training guide.  Getting started as a coach can feel very overwhelming, there is just so much to learn and do!  My intent with this guide is to break things down into bite size pieces and give you some daily action steps to get things rolling in the right direction for you.

If you are ever unsure of what you should do next, I encourage you to simply go to one of three things … help yourself, help a friend, or ask me.

Help Yourself

Helping yourself is about being committed to your own nutrition and your own fitness.  Find a program on BOD, press play, and follow your nutrition guide.  No one can improve your health other than you, and you deserve to do this for yourself!

Help a Friend

Helping a friend is about consistently showing up in an encouraging and motivating way and inviting them to join you.  As a coach, you have so much to offer to others!  Nutrition products, fitness programs, accountability groups … but most importantly you offer to them your friendship, support and encouragement!

Ask Me

Ask me, your upline coach … I am here to help you!  I want so badly for you to thrive in your own health and fitness as well as in your coaching business.  I am here to help you know what to do next.  I am here to help you reach your goals.  Please feel free to ask me any questions at any point along the way.

 

 

Throughout this training guide you will be watching many videos from other coaches who have already built wildly successful businesses and have already achieved their dream goals and beyond.  The coaches you will hear from in these videos have enriched the lives of thousands of other women while developing themselves to fulfill their God-given potential.  They truly care for others.  They are driven.  They work hard.  They are bold.  They are consistent.  Many of them are millionaires.  They didn’t start this way, but they became this way as a result of this Beachbody coaching business.  This training guide will give you an opportunity to learn from them and get you started down the same path that they started on! It is so exciting to think about what the future could hold for you when you get fully engaged in this business!

As we get started, there are a few things that you are going to want to do RIGHT AWAY.  

 

Take your own nutrition and fitness seriously

If you are not already committed to your own nutrition and fitness, then today can be the day you start!  You should not move forward in this training guide until you have done the following:

  • Commit to a nutrition plan, either 2B Mindset or Ultimate Portion Fix

  • Start a fitness program on BOD

  • Get serious with your health by using Shakeology, Recover or Energize every day
