Step 4: Setup your first accountability group
Setup your first accountability group
Before you begin this step, it is important to decide if you are going to run your own group, co-run a group with a friend, or invite people to your upline coach’s group. There is no right or wrong way, it just depends on what your personal goals are. Typically, coaches who want to grow their business find that it is best to start their own group right away. Or if you want to start more slowly or you feel like you don’t have time to host your own group, it may be best to just invite to your upline coach’s group for now until you get more comfortable with everything. Either way is fine, and if you aren’t sure, now would be a great time to reach out to your upline coach and talk about that!
