COACH TRAINING GUIDE

Step 5: Your coming out post!

Your coming out post!

Okay, so at this point we should be feeling good about how our Instagram and Facebook accounts look, we have our coach office setup, and we have an accountability group setup (either your own group or your upline coach's group).  We are now ready to share with people about what you are doing!

I realize that inviting to your very first challenge group can feel very overwhelming, so I want to make my best attempt at simplifying the process for you:

Step 1: Decide when your group will start

Decide when your challenge group is going to start, you’ll want to be able to give people a specific date.

Step 2: Decide what you will do in the group

Confirm if the challenge group will be program specific or an open group.  Most of our groups are open to allow each person to choose any program based on their goals and preferences. The beauty of Beachbody on Demand is that customers get access to all the programs, so there is no pressure to pick the perfect one. However, occasionally, we do a program specific group. For example, a group exclusive to 21 Day Fix or a group that only does nutrition and not exercising.

Step 3: Decide how people can join

Is Shakeology required? I typically require a challenge pack purchase or Shakeology to join a group unless there is an allergy (Daily Sunshine is a great alternative to Shakeology for people with allergies or sensitive stomachs).  Here is an example of some “requirements” you could share with someone who is asking how they can join the group.

  • Get a challenge pack, which is a bundle of products needed to get started offered at a great value!

  • Check in daily

  • Workout at least 5x per week

  • Eat clean 80% of the time

  • Drink either Shakeology or the Performance Line (Energize & Recover) daily

Step 4: Your first invitation ... aka, "The Coming Out Post!"

Your coming out post will be critical in helping you achieve your first goal of earning back your investment. I recommend aiming to help at least 3-5 people join your first challenge group.

A few things to consider when crafting your coming out post:

  • Start with a hook, a question, or a witty eye catching phrase

  • Keep is short and sweet.

  • Use bullets, short paragraphs, emojis.

  • Use a friendly picture of YOU with minimal words on the photo.

  • Have a call to action, tell them how they can sign up for your group.

Here is one example of exactly what to say in your first post announcing your challenge group to gain interest.  There is also a link below to see many more examples.  Of course, these are just examples, so if it doesn’t sound like you, change up the wording. Remember… People follow YOU, not a carbon copy of someone else!

Example post:

I am nervous to share, but you may have seen some of my posts about my fitness journey and NOW it's getting real: I am co-hosting a a private, online accountability group and I’m looking for 3 ladies that want to completely transform their bodies like never before. And you don't even need to leave your house!! Sounds AMAZING...right? I know I thought the same

NO quick fixes here, just good old fashioned hard work! For 30 minutes of your day, we'll tone your body and follow a clean eating meal plan.

NO counting calories or points!

NO starving yourself!

Women in my group will:

  • Workout at home for 30 min a day

  • Follow the same SIMPLE and CLEAN nutrition plan (while still enjoying their chocolate and wine)

  • Check in daily on our closed Facebook page

  • Get weekly meal plans and grocery lists

All workouts can be done from home on your own time and we will follow a structured nutrition and exercise program. You'll have ME as your personal coach...walking you through every step of the program on a daily basis! And starting the journey for myself!!!!!

Can't wait to chat!!!! Message me or drop a “yes” below if you are IN!!!"
